Client Feedback on Replacement Windows!

Happy Friday everyone! The end of the week, like the end of a month or year, is a great time to reflect on the week before. We get most of our client feedback through our survey platform, GuildQuality, but we still receive handwritten letters and emails from our beloved clients. As it’s Friday, it’s a great day to share a letter that just came in from one of our window clients, Mr. and Mrs. Parker in Clinton, MD:

To Long Home,

I would like to take a minute to say how pleased I and my wife are with our Long Window replacement. We started the process by doing our own Internet search for how to replace windows. Armed with that info we asked a few neighbors that had replaced windows. Lastly we checked online for window replacement reviews in our area. We narrowed our potential vendors to Long Home, Thompson Creek, and our personal contractor. We decided to have Long Home come out first for an estimate and we were skeptical when we were told that the estimate takes about 90 minutes. We are very pleased to report that the 90 minutes was the best time we ever spent for the long term investment we were about to put into our home. John Wratten, Product Specialist for Long Home, was very professional. He had an assistant with him but I forget his name. John was punctual, polite, and humorous when he told us about “Chuck in a truck,” and well versed in Long Home products and services. By the time he and his assistant went through the window presentation and showed us the difference and quality of the Long Home windows me and my wife were sold. He gave us a cash, and military discount and we were not going to let him leave without us signing a contract. About five days later Gene came out and took the precise window measurements. He arrived on time and was in and out and very polite in the process. About two weeks after that I contacted Noris, the Project Manager, per Gene’s instructions to see if our windows had come in and if so when they could be installed. Noris was polite and scheduled them for the coming Monday. Me and my wife were sure that everything was going too smoothly and expected the delivery and install to be a problem; we had seen our neighbors window replacement take two days to complete by Chuck in a truck. We were WRONG! Wayne and his crew showed up before 7am ready to work. They came in like gang busters, polite and professional, and they went to work. They installed thirteen windows, cleaned up every room they went into, and outside the house, and were ready to leave by 11:25am. I hope they were able to enjoy the rest of the day as it was Columbus’ birthday when they installed our windows. We are very happy with our new replacement windows. Our home has a smile on it now from the excellent craftsmanship of the Long Home professionals. I hope this letter reaches every level of management that can commend and reward the individuals involved in our window replacement project.

Sincerely,

Mr. and Mrs. Parker
